A limited number of private commissions are accepted from the atelier each year — original paintings acquired directly from the artist, in the same hand and material as the works held in the collections of the City of Belgrade and Yomiuri Shinbun.
Every piece is developed in dialogue with the collector: a considered subject, a signed preparatory study, and a finished canvas released only when the artist and the collector agree it is complete.

Every acquisition is quoted in writing after an initial conversation — the figures below are the atelier's published starting points, moved by scale, number of figures and intended setting. A limited slate of commissions is accepted each year to protect the standard of the work.

After the initial conversation the atelier returns a written proposal within 3–5 working days. Once the proposal is countersigned and the deposit received, a signed preparatory study is prepared in 2–3 weeks. The finished canvas then follows: 4–6 weeks for a study on paper, 8–12 weeks for a private portrait on canvas, and a scoped schedule for institutional works. Framing, shipping and customs add 1–3 weeks depending on destination.

Two formal review points are built into every commission. The first is on the preparatory study, where composition, palette and character are agreed and signed off. The second is on the finished painting, before the artist signs and varnishes it — small adjustments of tone, background or detail are made at this stage. Because each work is developed in dialogue from the beginning, the atelier does not repaint completed canvases from scratch; changes after final sign-off are treated as a new commission.

Commissions are quoted and settled in EUR by international bank transfer. Payment is staged in three parts: 40% on countersigning the proposal (this reserves studio time and covers materials), 30% on approval of the preparatory study, and the final 30% on completion, before shipping. Institutional and editorial engagements can be structured against a purchase order. Invoices are issued from the atelier for every stage.

The quoted price covers the original painting, the signed preparatory study, a certificate of authenticity, professional photographic documentation of the finished piece, and studio-standard packing. Framing, crating for museum-scale works, international shipping, insurance in transit and any import duties are quoted separately and passed through at cost.

Timelines can be shifted by mutual agreement — commissions tied to a birthday, anniversary or exhibition are planned backwards from the date. If a collector withdraws before the preparatory study is approved, the deposit is retained against studio time already committed; anything paid beyond that stage is credited against a future commission or acquisition from the atelier.

The physical painting belongs entirely to the collector on final settlement. Copyright in the image is retained by the artist, as is standard practice for original fine art. The atelier reserves the right to photograph and exhibit the finished work and to include it in monographs, press and the artist's archive. Commercial reproduction rights — for editorial, publishing or brand use — are negotiated separately as part of the institutional programme.
